"We had our shower replaced by Mad City Bath & Windows. Initially we were shocked with the quoted price, but after careful consideration, we realized that this is the cost of the products and service we wanted. It is an investment in our home, and one that we will enjoy for years to come. We got to fully customize the shower (walk-in, w/ oversized glass doors, bench, shaving bar, shelves). Our sales person was excellent at providing assistance on what colors matched together. Mad City tore the old shower out, moved the plumbing to come out a different wall, moved the location of the exhaust fan, and replaced the fan/light fixture). The project took 2 full days to complete. After the installation was finished, all construction dust was vacuumed and cleaned up by the installation man. The final project was more then we ever dreamed of."

"The person who came out to evaluate the property was extremely thorough and nice. The actual installation and work done was excellent and solved my problems. The issues I had was communicating with the person who works on-site and sets up the actual work at the property. First there was a delay in getting them in on Saturday, which I had no issue with. The person stated they would come in on Sunday instead. I said that was not necessary since I didn't believe anyone should have to work on a Sunday. But he insisted. Sunday did not work out so they moved it to later in the week. When I returned home, the work was complete but there was stuff left around my property, including leaves from my old gutters which they could have easily tossed into the woods or taken with them. I found screws in random places in my yard. And one of the plants was destroyed by their ladders. There also appeared to be damage done to one of the drain extension sections of my gutter. It appeared to be crumpled as if it were wrenched back into place. I was told that someone would come back to the property to inspect it and fix it if needed, but I never heard from anyone after that. The actual work done seems solid. The gutters have been great for the past year, it is just unfortunate that there seem to be a rush to get off the property before they inspected it and cleaned it up."
