I called them on a Friday and they were here on Tuesday at the time I wanted. They did a very good job. I had used their service in the past and had no issues with them.

found Jeff's Plumbing in the Yellow Pages. I had three jobs: 1) Install a drain for a dehumidifier so I wouldn't have to manually empty the collection bin; 2) Install a laundry sink in my basement; and 3) Repair a leak in an upstairs shower. Clifton (the name of the technician) arrived about 30 minutes late but that was not a problem because he had called well before the appointment time to say he was running late at a previous job. He quickly assessed the leak issue and made the required repairs with little disruption.
The basement drain and laundry sink work involved opening a drain that had not been used since the house was constructed (1983) and modifying the existing plumbing to accommodate the sink. Both were completed in a relatively short period of time and with little disruption. Clifton was personable, polite, and professional. He explained each step of what he was doing and even found a faulty hot water heater pressure valve.
Most of the plumbing companies I have dealt with in the past were clearly focused on large construction jobs and were not so much interested in small everyday jobs like mine. That was not the case with Jeff's Plumbing. Overall, I think Clifton did an excellent job and I would have no hesitation to call them again should the need arise.

Price came in under the estimate and went faster than expected. Prompt (same day) initial estimate, work began less than 12 hours after papers were signed. They were easy to work with, highly knowledgable and prepared. Will absolutely use them again, the price was higher than I would have liked but we got what we paid for!
