"I met Joshua a few times at the project site. We went over specs, timeline, etc. Unfortunately after that time he was never available and was not on site to watch over the project. The concrete was not finished to specs and the grading and dirt-work was also not complete. After getting paid he stopped responding and never finished the job. I knew I should not have made payment until all work was complete and signed off but he assured us he would finish. Have not see or heard from him since."

"New liner was installed in April 2025. Once in pool it was walking on the moon!! The foot prints divets were incredible!! Also had new pump installed, that is now leaking. I've messaged on site with no response. Called company for brand of motor no help what so ever. I spent almost $4k and not satisfied with work or products at all!!!!! Sloppy work at well, found drill bit on pool, rusted the brand new liner, hard piping for pump is going down hill!!!!! Blue glue all over everything, including pool wall!!! Cleaned it off but took off pattern of wall. "

"They definitely fixed my problem. Outlets now work safely. However, they did not clean up leftover wires, screws, trash. Also, they cut into sheet rock without consulting me, covering with just tape and spackling, leaving 2 places with no sheet rock (when I sanded it tape went everywhere leaving a gapping hole). I now have to hire someone to fix this"

However, electrical and plumbing issues require a licensed professional due to the inherent risk, particularly when mixing water with electricity.

Where you drain a hot tub largely depends on local regulations, but you must not drain chemically treated water where it can damage the environment. Direct the water toward a sanitary sewer drain that will take it to a treatment facility. Hot tub repairs cost between $200 and $500 on average. You can minimize those costs by maintaining your hot tub and keeping necessary supplies on hand. An elevated shelf in the garage is a great place to store your water care chemicals so that kids and pets will stay safe and you’ll always have them around. 

Your hot tub should be drained of existing water, cleaned, and refilled every three to four months at a minimum. Follow your tub manufacturer’s recommendations for cleaning, and rinse thoroughly when finished to eliminate any residue from the cleaning products. This is also a good time to inspect your tub’s cover in good lighting for any leaks, tears, or other damage that might cause problems. 

Using your hot tub manufacturer’s suggested cleaners and methods, keep your hot tub filters clean to avoid a loss of water heat. This will help extend the filter’s useful life and efficiency. If the filter is more than two to three years old, replace it with a new one and buy a second filter to keep around as a spare.
