From the first time I met Eric I knew he was the contractor for us. He is punctual, always on time, courteous and friendly! He makes you feel very comfortable and he knows his business. If you need anything done at all this is the contractor for you. Eric has a wonderful team that work side by side with him. They work so well together that they don't even need to talk to each other, each person knows the part they play.They also come and get right to work and get a ton accomplished each day. I was simply amazed each day how much was done. I would and will hire Eric again. His prices are very fair and the quality of work is outstanding. I did not post the amount of the job as I feel like each job is totally different for each homeowner based on current product pricing and different types of homes. My advice is, meet Eric and even if the price varies by a small amount, especially if this is an insurance job, it is well worth it to pay the small difference for the quality and piece of mind to have someone you can trust in your home. "I called a total of 3 roofers to provide an initial consultation and quote. One did not return my call. The other did not show up as promised but called later to ask to come the following week. In the meantime, Hargrove had showed up as promised. After speaking with him and deciding his quote was acceptable, I informed the other roofer that I had chosen to go with someone else.
On the day the repairs were scheduled to be made, Hargrove arrived as promised, bringing with him the sample of a shingle we had discussed during his first visit to consider when I'm ready to replace the roof (it is 22 years old). He had one assistant with him, and they finished all the repairs within two hours.
I was impressed with Hargrove's punctuality, professionalism, and follow-through. He told me to call if the leaks continued, but so far they have not recurred. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs roofing help.

"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"
