"We had a 1 year contract with an agreed upon rate. When we informed them that we would not be renewing the contract at expiration...they charged us 70.49 above what the contract allowed. They also removed the equipment and terminated service before the end of the contract, although we had paid for the service until the end of the contract. We had to contact our Credit Card provider as HomeTeam Pest Defense would not remedy their overcharge. Corrupt bad business...DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
