"Very professional and friendly.  I would rely on this company.
They gave me a window of 3 hours to arrive at the property, however I was the 1st appointment of the day so not sure why you can't confirm a time?  They also did not call me on their way to the job as discussed
I thought the price was reasonable for the service, however I can't confirm quality.  All I know is the job took a lot less than other chimney cleaning services I have had in the past.

Yes. Cellar spiders are predatory and feed on other insects, including other spiders. They eat flies, mosquitos, gnats, moths, and larger prey. That larger prey includes venomous spiders like the brown recluse and the black widow.  Basically, a cellar spider is pretty brave and will feed on anything that gets into its web, no matter the size.

Some animals, such as bats or birds, will be able to get out of chimneys on their own since they can fly. Most spiders are harmless or do little more than the equivalent of a bee sting. Prevention is the best option for more serious cases. Keep spiders out of your home when possible. When you find spiders, a spider nest, or egg sac, remove it quickly before an inquisitive pet or child gets involved.
