"Brandon was great, He cleared the homes sewer line which had a massive root. Additionally, we he was adjusting the pressure he found the expansion tank for my hot water heater was totally rushed out(pic). He replaced this as well. Great experience. Both he and his Dad we super nice guys."

"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"We were serviced by Michael and I was very pleased. He cleaned up very well after the service. The problem was located and so far we had just a temporary fix. We need to have a sewer line replaced."

"Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house."
