"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"The guys did a great job on a most difficult situation. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues. Thank you David Hugee, Danny McCarthy, Brian Carden, and Carter. You guys are fantastic. Called JD Service to come back to address an emerging issue from previous repair. Sam and Trent responded to my call back request in a timely manner. They fixed the issue and left the area clean and tidy. The technicians were polite and friendly and performed in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house."
