"First, I am reviewing Rodas Construction as a retired licensed general contractor. Chris Holland inspected my roof and found wind and hail damage. The insurance company agreed and provided the funds for the roof replacement. Chris and I came to a quick agreement on the cost to replace within the insurance estimate. Rodas quoted the best materials to provide a lifetime warranty. The installation crew was professional and efficient. The job started two days after I signed the contract and was completed within two days. From my experienced eye, they installed the roof system correctly. They cleaned up the old materials by the end of the first day and finished the cleanup at the end of the job. I wish I had them when I was building and remodeling houses at the beach."

"Chris did an excellent job all by himself. Took a little bit longer but after all it was a big job for just one person. Looks excellent and honestly I can't wait to get into my new shower and enjoy it but the silicone has to dry first to ensure it's watertight. No doubt this will be my shower for many many years to come!"
