I've hired JJ Janowski Construction for multiple projects starting with a water damaged laundry room that had to be virtually rebuilt from the subfloor up. The damage was a very unpleasant surprise when I bought my new house and not only did Joe offer advice and guidance in how to get it covered, he also calmed my nerves, and gave me full confidence that it would be fixed right. Since the original project, I've had him back many times for door framing/hanging, window replacement, painting, flooring installation, plumbing of two sinks, etc. He helped to prepare another house of mine for its first tenants and offered advice on necessary as well as optional but cost effective upgrades. I then sent him to my dad's to do a full master bath remodel. There are a lot of contractors out there and I've been through quite a few myself, and I'll tell you, Joe is a breath of fresh air. He's someone I wholeheartedly trust to do right by me and always steer me in the right direction whether it's going to benefit him or not. He's also just an all around fun guy to be around. I now consider him a friend and won't hire anyone else.
