They responded when we had a concern about some of the new roofing within a couple of weeks. Our second issue it took much longer to get a response from them. Now in 2019, we have been trying to get them to come and check out our roof for hail damage. We can’t get anyone to call us. Just some texts and passing off of responsibility. Their customer service is poor."

"After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.

Jose gave us a very reasonable quote to install cellulose-based blown-in insulation for a 20'x35' attic space. Jose and his team did a good job of prepping the space, installing the insulation and cleaning up. This took 38 bags of 19 lb insulation and nearly 4 hours to complete the job. Installing this blown-in insulation is a rather messy job and Jose did a very thorough work to ensure even coverage of the attic space."
