"Steve was very punctual, showing up early every day. The work didn't exceed the estimate, and he was very good about explaining any needed changes as they came up. His knowledge of construction standards was very helpful and one of the main reasons we chose Townside. The projects listed were not done in a single contract, but over three seperate visits. "They took the time to measure and mount the TV so that it was properly placed to allow room for sound bar and cable box. They ran strip's to hide wires and added a wall socket to plug everything behind the TV. It's a great and professional job. It was a blessing to have you in my house. STAY BLESSED ?"

"I started the remodel myself and made a mess of a few things but Cougar Development Corp was able to repair my mistakes and give us a finished product that we can be happy to have our guests use. The vanity and shelving look amazing and the trim work done throughout is fantastic. At the end of the project I even requested caulking throughout to prepare for the paint due to my lack of equipment and they did it quickly and perfectly.
