"At first, I thought it went well. The running toilet was fixed, and I was satisfied. The other toilet had a flapper replaced (the fourth one in a year) but would not flush. I had to call the company and tell them to send someone back to correct this. A different plumber came, fixed the flush, but could not figure out where the rivulets were coming from. He also replaced the flapper, so that was the second in 2 days. Nothing helped stop the rivulets. I asked for a partial refund, and I was told they would "get back with me" after their Tuesday, June 27 meeting. To this day....no word.
