I’m a skilled handyman with years of hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, woodworking, RV repair, camper building, and general property maintenance. I previously worked at Hicks Electric and hold a degree in Electrical Systems, giving me a strong background in safe, reliable electrical repairs and installations.\n\nOver the years, I’ve built campers, repaired RVs, and handled a wide range of residential and commercial repair projects. I also own and maintain an RV park, so I understand the importance of quality work, dependable service, and getting the job done right the first time.\n\nWhether you need help with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, repairs, maintenance, or general handyman projects, I take pride in honest communication, clean workmanship, and treating every customer’s property with respect.

"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

"Our house had old wallpaper that was installed directly onto drywall without the original homeowners prepping the surface first. I attempted to remove the wallpaper myself and in so doing mangled the drywall in the process. I thought for sure I would have to have all the drywall replaced! Coincidentally we are having Thanksgiving dinner at our house this year and I was desperately searching for someone to help us out.
Junior was available right from the start. He came over in the evening on the day I called and surveyed the damage I had caused. Junior was prompt and explained in detail what he needed to do and the various options available for the final wall color. The majority of our living space was painted a long time ago and I did not know the color. Junior was more than happy to take a sample with him and get the paint matched exactly which I really appreciated.
Junior performed the work earlier today on a Sunday no less, called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would.  Junior was quite methodical in his work, taking care to properly repair the walls, prime and paint. The results of Junior's hard work are amazing, the walls look perfect and no one would know that they were ever in such rough shape.  I look forward to having Junior come back and re-do our kitchen, which currently has the same old wallpaper. I have attached before and after pictures so you can see the results.

"Tom and his 2-man crew first moved furniture and removed flooring.  His crew did most of the flooring installation while Tom personally rebuilt our stairs mostly by himself.  The banister was done last.  Tom and the crew worked together on the banister.
From start to finish the job took 4 work days (5 days total -- New Years Day was between days 3 & 4).
Tom and his crew have an excellent work ethic. They worked hard the whole time. They worked together extremely well.  They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were pleased.  They cleaned up after each day's work as much as possible and tried to disrupt our home as little as possible.

The stairs took much more time/work than anticipated but he did not charge any extra.  His estimate was what he charged.
We also have a 75 gallon aquarium that with its stand weighs about 1000 pounds which had to be moved.  I removed about 40 gallons of water and about 35 of the 75 pounds of gravel reducing the overall weight by about 400 pounds.  Tom went out of his way to come up with a solution to move the still 500+ pound unit.  We (Tom & his crew really) were able to successfully lift it onto a wheeled platform he built for it without cracking or breaking it.  (All 31 fish survived the week-long ordeal even though they barely had enough water to cover the tall ones.)
We highly recommend Tom Nagle.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

The easiest way to tell what kind of wasp you have is to identify its size, markings, color, and the type of nest it builds. These factors can help differentiate one type of wasp from another, since there are hundreds of thousands of different species. If you need help identifying the wasp type, consult a local pest control professional.

It may be better to have a mouse in your house than a rat. Rats are larger, more aggressive, and more difficult to eradicate once settled. One rat can cause more damage than one mouse. However, both animals pose a danger in that they can spread bacteria and contaminate food, so you’ll want to contact an exterminator as soon as you detect an infestation of either animal.

Trees that provide a habitat to bats and an abundance of bugs—their main food source—will attract bats to your yard. Because the North American landscape has changed so much in recent years, bats have a harder time finding trees with cavities to shelter in. If your yard has a dead or dying tree with a lot of sun exposure, bats will likely be drawn to it because trees with those features are less common.

Rubber mulch doesn’t attract mice. Unlike organic mulches, which can serve as food and nesting material for mice, rubber mulch has no nutritional value or comfortable nesting spots, making it less appealing to rodents.

Finding mouse droppings without seeing any mice is a common sign of an infestation because mice are nocturnal and skilled at hiding from humans. Droppings are often the first and most visible evidence of their presence. The location, quantity, and freshness of the droppings can help you determine where the mice are most active and how severe the infestation might be. Since mice are active at night and often travel through hidden pathways like inside walls, you may not see them directly. It's important to look for other signs of an infestation, such as gnaw marks, scratching sounds, or greasy trails along walls. If you find droppings, consider setting traps or contacting a professional exterminator to address the issue.
