"Doug and his crew from Checkered Flag Plumbing came into my condo/townhouse with a total of 4 guys to help strip out the old water heater and install a brand new Rheem for me within a days notice of contact. Doug and his crew were super professional and kept in consistent contact with me throughout the day and even follow-up me later on additional information regarding an extended warranty on the water heater. "I highly recommend Todd and SWS. My crawlspace needed so much work and Todd helped me understand all the options and stayed within my budget. SWS installed drain piped the length of the house, dug a basin with a sump pump, dehumidifier and laid a vapor barrier. What meant the most to me was Todd explaining the solutions, showing me the areas to be addressed and coming back out after his team was done to inspect their work (which was impeccable). I so relieved to have this project behind me."

We were impressed with the installation and solution. Kevin (the owner) came out to inspect the work of his installers and even repaired a vent that was not their responsibility - impressive customer service and work. We would highly recommend them."
