EXCELLENT customer service, GREAT communication and the appointment was easy to schedule. I spoke with Cameron was very accommodating & got me on the schedule immediately. He gave me a ballpark quote and explained the service that I’d receive. The day of Chris called to let me know he would arrive within 20 mins. He introduced himself & quickly got to work. He located our tank and began to dig and dig (hard work!!!) until he uncovered both pipes for the inlet & outlet. He explained & showed pictures of our tank & what he’d be doing.Then he carried his suction pipe to the tank & began to pump our septic. He buried the tank, scattered the earth and the spots are barely noticeable. He gave excellent advice to maintain our system and still had a smile after all that work. I would definitely recommend All Pro Enviro for any septic work. Chris is a star employee, he has a great attitude and works very hard. I am thankful for this honest company and will use them again!!

I called All Pro Enviro on 10-28-24 to schedule a pump out of my grinder pump. I spoke with Cameron and he got me on the schedule quickly. I had actually called a couple of other companies before I reached out to All Pro Enviro. The other companies quoted a higher rate and couldn't add me to the schedule until a week out...even a company that advertised "next day service" said they didn't have availability until 10 days out. That didn't sound like "next day" to me. But anyway, on the scheduled pump-out day with All Pro Enviro, Chris arrived and was very professional and respectful, asking where he would be able to drag his hose so that he wasn't encroaching on the neighbor's lawn. Once he started pumping, he brought me back over so that I could get a look at what was going on down in the tank. He also showed me where there was a consistent drip that was occurring, and he gave me some advice on what to do. He was so cool. After I thanked him he said to me "I just try to help people...I love what I do". Now that was a first! I've had this grinder pump cleaned out a number of times over the past 2 years and NEVER have I come across someone with such a great attitude about what they were doing. Leaving this review is one of the easiest things that I've had to do in a while. My advice to anyone looking for a company to do septic pump outs or any other plumbing, you cannot go wrong by reaching out to All Pro Enviro!

Thank you Cameron for a job well done!! From the start Cameron was able to identity our septic problem, he directed us to the county in order to get a work repair permit. We called him back to perform the job and what a job he did. He was honest and reliable from the start. Thank you so much for helping us, we were at a point where we didn't think our issue had a solution but thanks to Cameron he was able to solve it for us.
