So, I was a pleasantly surprised when Kevan responded to my voicemail and showed up for the scheduled appointment. Water was leaking into my back room from underneath the deck and creating issues. Kevan came out and assessed the problem and devised a solution. Kevan & Drew showed up as assured. The process was explained every step of the way, so I had a very clear understanding of what was being done and why. Both Kevan & Drew were professional, and their work is quality work. "The deck was not built to the plan as contracted in picture and graph and writing. When we met with the owner and then with his workman, they both said they build the deck according to the plan. So we signed the contract. But then the workman showed up with the lumber already purchased, they did not have a copy of the plan. They built a deck that did not match the plan. We paid them in full. We met with the supervisor and he agreed that it was not according to plan. We told them to just remove the deck and we would get someone else to do it. They would not even do that. Our remedy is to go to court."
