Excellent. When Jim came to my home to give an estimate, my wife wasn't even sure of the design. All she knew is that she wanted a multi-level deck. Jim sat down with us and helped my wife design her "Dream Deck". He even suggested ideas that my wife loved but my wallet hated (LOL). In the end we received that deck that my wife loves. The job was stared ahead of schedule and completed early. The crew was professional and very friendly. Jim even surprised us with a few upgrades that he covered the cost on. I am very pleased with the deck that we received and will definitely use him again in the future.

He was very nice, got done what he needed to and seriously helped out in more ways than he realizes! I have a 3 year old daughter with autism who will sit in her sensory swing all day long and spin and swing. Her sensory swing was attached to a small swing frame and it kept on almost tipping over so it was time to attach to the ceiling. I asked for a price and he said 50 is fine as he was just wanted to help out. After he finished he refused the money and said it was no big deal and that it was easy enough. I couldn’t ever thank him enough! I would recommend to anyone! He was well mannered and respectful.

I can’t thank Jim enough for the work he and his crew did. I needed some repairs done on my house to pass a VA appraisal and I needed them done quick. Not only did Jim come out the next day to assess the damage. He had his crew there in a couple days. The guys were very professional and kept me updated their progress the entire time. These guys did quality work and were able to complete the repairs in one day. Everything went great on the re inspection and the appraiser even commented on how well the work was done.

This was an Awesome experience. I enjoyed the unity if the team. Communication is HUGE in a remodel and we were encouraged to be a part of each step. It was like sending family back home when it was over. They came like swat every day with a plan of efficiency. They are resourceful and customer satisfaction was the center of each decision.
