"Was prompt for both the estimate and then the job. Cleaned our asphalt shingled roof and wood trim all around the house with an environmental friendly solution that had an excellent cleaning result. "Josh did a wonderful job removing algae stains from about a third of my roof. Although barely five-years-old, the asphalt shingles in that area of the roof (not much sun) were badly stained--and getting them replaced is a big hassle. Josh answered my initial request very promptly and quickly sent a written quote after listening to my concerns and seeing the photos of the stained shingles. He arrived on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job: he took great care with the shingles, and the roof looks like new. He is very polite and professional--and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his work. I will be contacting him with any future power-washing work I need done in the future."
