I asked him to make sure the lights in the glass cases could all be turned on at once with one remote. Caleb had a positive attitude and explained how he would carry out this project, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Caleb's prices are about the same as other contractors I have consulted in the past or maybe a little more, but he warrants his prices. I was astounded at his skill set and the quality of his work was clearly his number one goal."

When problems are revealed during power washing he will take pictures of the problem and send them to you if you are not at the property. His men ARE NOT jack legs.....he only employs the best. I was at the cottage for part of the project and I was pleasantly surprised at how hard and long his team would work each day. When he "suggests" a product to use...listen to him. He knows what product works in any environment. Not dirt cheap....but professional and worth every penny. A neighbor who is a retired contractor quietly monitored the project in my absence and stated that he did not know of any other company on Topsail Island who was as assiduous as Elite, and he was going to hire him for a large interior job."
