Even though we were told the company was backed up and would try to make it out within the week the very next day a crew showed up and made our back yard safe for our family. Words don’t describe how grateful I am for such a blessing of a company going out of the way to take care of their customers. The priced we paid was very reasonable as well. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of tree services. The owner listened to me when I described how I wanted to save a tree that was covered in vines And made it happen. Maple Springs Tree ServiceAfter being scammed by an employee of this company who cut down a tree On the side and told me the company would remove the tree. He lied and the tree laid in my yard about a week. Well I had to call the corporate office to finally get the owner to get involved and remove the tree. BUT, he only called after I filed a report with the BBB And put reviews online every place I could think of. After I removed them all then the got the tree up. So after calling corporate and making sure I wasn’t blacklisted for what happened. I was contacted by corporate and told no. Not blacklisted. So finally someone from the company came to look at another.tree and The price was very high. Me not being wealthy I asked if I could pay to have it cut down and hauled off. The guy said yes, gave me a price and agreed to email the estimate. That was on the 28th. The owner called me that same day vowing to get in touch with the guy who was supposed to email the estimate. It left me feeling like crap. You have a problem and you search for help online. You find a business in your area and try to get help. But when the company you call dismisses you because the job might not make a killing it’s so unprofessional and it tells me that the owner is a lying jerk and maybe even a racist. They gave me a price to get a tree down and hauled away but I guess they were expecting me not to be able to pay. When I did ask for the quote I was told they’d email it. The owner even called to say he was going to get with the guy who came out and make sure I got the estimate. Well I never received an estimate. It was pretty high but I was going to pay. My brother told me of companies jacking the price up on a job when they didn’t want to do the job, for whatever reason. They obviously look down on the little guy and me being a veteran, a independent, single black Woman asking for help getting trees cut down, it’s hard to get most of the white owned companies to even come give an estimate. This industry is predominantly white owned but I’ve never not called a business because of race but I can tell you I have had a lot of white men lie about emailing an estimate. They left promises of contacting me with no intention of ever contacting me again. If you’re a person of color, think twice before you hire this company. I believe the owner has an agenda of taking the highest paying jobs and white customers. That’s just my opinion and what I’ve gotten from dealing with him.- Sanyetta K.

This is the 3rd time we've use Tony's Tree Service, and we really can't say enough about how careful and concerned they are about our house and land. Or how nice everyone on the crew was, and how well they worked together. They worked from 8:30 am to 6:00 PM, leaving our side yard looking better than it was before the storm by grinding stumps from previous removals they hadn't done, and leveling everything. They also put a tarp over the roof damage for us, really going above and beyond in everyway, and then meticulously cleaning everything that they worked on.
