Very good work.

First of all they showed up for the appointment almost 2 hours late and after I called them to make sure they were coming. I should have halted the transaction there. I asked them to put together a porch swing and hang it. They did an ok job on putting the swing together however, they hung it lopsided on my porch, claiming there were not studs that matched in the same places? equidistant from the end of the porch. That was not the worst of it. They proceeded to bore rather large drill holes in my tongue and groove ceiling? trying to locate studs. Now, I not only have a swing hanging oddly on my front porch, but I have to hire someone to repair the ceiling in addition to re-hanging the swing properly. Worst of all, they were not able to see they had done anything wrong. Hire at your own risk.

First of all, when my communication with the company, I was told they would be here at 9 am. When they had not shown up at 9:30, I called and was told it would be 40 minutes. I explained that I had an appointment in town and needed to leave at 10:40. They had not arrived and I left. about 15 minutes later to say they were at my house. So I had to shorten my appointment and come home. I explained once again what I wanted done . I explained how I wanted to swing -- both sides equidistant from the end of the porch and he appeared to understand.I left to go back to my appointment and got a call from my nephew that the swing was not hanging properly so I had to quickly finish my appointment and come home again. The swing was assembled very well but that is when the trouble began. The worker said there were not studs in the wood ceiling on my porch to be able to hand the swing perpendicular to the house so the swing is hanging at an angle. Before I could get home the worker had drilled several holes in the ceiling looking for a stud to line the swing up properly. I am distraught that my wood ceiling now has unsightly holes that will allow moisture to get behind the ceiling. Communication was definitely a factor.
