"My old door locks were going bad. I bought 3 new ones from Home Depot, and looked around for a locksmith to install. I found this company via the local newspaper. The locksmith had been writing home-tips articles for the newspaper. I called to set-up an appointment in 2 days, and they were right on-time. The front door took some extra time since the original door locks when the house was built were not installed properly. The original workmanship was shoddy. The locksmith from East Coast fixed the errors and had all 3 doors locks and deadbolts in about 90 minutes. I have had no problems since the installation, and will call on East Coast Lock and Key whenever I need a locksmith again."
