Everything was A-OK. He was very responsive to my phone call. Arrived on time, Did a great job on all of the locks, including some that were rusty. All of the re-keyed locks work smoothly without any issues.

The serviceman was outstanding.  He took apart and repaired the lock within 5 minutes.  He was very friendly and quite knowledgeable,  and although he ran a bit late, he called twice to keep me posted on what time he would be there, and to ensure that was okay with me.  I am totally happy with the excellent service I received, and highly recommend this company.  I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise!

David answered the phone immediately when I called and was able to be at the house in 30 minutes. He was professional and pleasant. I found this locksmith on Angie's List. I called them because they had the most reviews in this area but was concerned about a few negative reviews. I had no trouble contacting him, he answered immediately and took care of the problem quickly.

We recently moved here and the door to our garage (which was on a different key than the house) did not open with the keys provided by the previous owners. We also wanted all of the locks changed on the house. He came quickly and was able to get into the locked room within minutes. He fixed that key so it would work. In addition he changed the locks on all our doors to the main house. He worked carefully so not to damage the doors and fixtures. He had a systematic approach and was clearly experienced and an expert in the field.

We contacted David based on the reviews on Angie's List. I scheduled an appointment for the afternoon after the closing on our new home. Unfortunately we did not receive the keys in time to make the appointment so I contacted David and told him we would have to reschedule which he had no problem with. We planned on calling him after labor day to reschedule but contacted us prior to that and said he could come on Labor Day. Even though it was a holiday he did not charge more, he was more concerned about our safety and getting the locks on our new home changed. He was there on time. Some of the locks were backwards, he repaired them and the new locks work great. He did a great job and we received a discount for being an Angus LIst customer. Would definitely use again!
