My husband and I purchased an existing house that included a built in humidifier, two zone hvac system with electronic damper system. The electronic damper system had not worked correctly until Gillenwater fixed the wiring (it was wired incorrectly) and now the two zones are perfectly balanced and we use less electricity to heat and cool our home. They also took the time to explain how to best utilize the humidifying system which is tied in to our furnace and ducting system. They arrived promptly to the appointment, were professional, polite and the charges were very reasonable. I will continue using their services.
