What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. Sounds more like laziness or a reason not to fulfill appointments made almost two weeks prior. Second, why have an online system that allows you to book an appointment and date but when you call to complete the appointment process, tell us that the dates that show on the calendar as “available” don’t actually mean they are available?
