Johnny Capps has been my plumber for many years. He is absolutely honest, dependable, professional, and knowledgeable. He has responded quickly to emergencies as well as normal repairs. He is the only plumber I would use and recommend.

Called Johnny at Capps plumbing and he came out that afternoon. On time and very professional. After evaluating the situation, he pinpointed it to a “t” where the clog was. It was between the washing machine and the kitchen sink under the house. I recommend Capps Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

I’ve used them more than one time. They got it all up and running good for me. I thought it was a little pricey, but I realized that the guy had to go up under the house in the crawl space. I’ve used them twice before to install a new fixture. It’s one of those fancy faucets that you have to go to the plumbing store to get the parts that’s needed and they repaired the leak. It was the first time I called them.

I really appreciate the fact that they took the time where we had to call another plumber previously and he told me that the faucet could not be repaired because they didn’t have the parts but they went down and they found the parts. They had to go all the way downtown to a specialty shop. They didn’t charge me extra for the time that they had to go to pick it up. It’s like some charge you a certain amount per hour. It took them an extra hour because they had to go all the way downtown to pick it up and then come back to my house. They just charged me for the time that it took to actually repair the faucet. I figured that they were pretty honest.

Made a couple phone call and Capps plumbing called me back within 15mins. He told me he would be at my house in a hour and guess what HE SHOWED UP ON TIME! Knowing that with any skill trade this sometimes can be a issue but he was right on time. Before he started he troubleshooted all the waterlines all the house.  After that he started in on the kitchen sink and unclogged rather quickly. Him and his team were very professional and i would do business with his company again.

I have used Mr. Capps in the past on several occasions.  He has always been very reliable.  I do not live in the area, but has never been a problem. 
My renter called me on Saturday morning and said her hot water was gone after about three minutes of use.  I called Mr. Capps, he said it sounded like the bottom element and could go out on Monday to check it out.  Monday came and he replaced it and all is well.  Super painless!! 
I have been pleased with his services every time I have used him.

Everything went smoothly. They came and performed the work and were finished in around 2 hours. Would definitely use them for future plumbing needs and would recommend them for others' plumbing needs.

He was excellent in fixing the issue. He was very prompt. He said he would be there within a certain time and he was there. He was reliable and courteous. I would use them again.

Johnny was great! He came out on Saturday, arrived exactly when he said he would, was very personable, and answered several other plumbing questions I ask. I will definitely call Johnny for all my plumbing work from now on. I have no hesitation recommending this company...You Will be glad you called!!

They did a great job.

My dish washer was backing up and collecting debris inside. They ran the kitchen sink and the dish washer to diagnose the problem. They cleaned out the tube that connects to the washer. They were very patient and very thorough. They charged a very fair price.

He was professional, polite and friendly. I could tell he knew what he was doing and I was glad he came to do the work. I told him I had called another company which said they could do it 24/7. But when I called they said they couldnt do it until next week. So I called John and he said he would come right over after the job he was on at the time. He came over when it was dark and did expert work.

Called on Thursday afternoon and was needed someone to come and fix the leakage in my kitchen , Mr Capps told me he was in the area came right over change the washer on both the hot and cold water faucet .He is definitely our plumber!
