Everything went very well. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the service. I had to call them back after the first visit for more garbage disposal issues. It took them 15 minutes to fix the problem and they didn't charge me. There were some issues with billing, but it was straightened out easily. I've definitely found my go-to plumber and will be using them in the future.

Water would overflow on my tile floor from the washer.  Hardin sent to capable gentlemen to run a snake pipe through the kitchen sink.  There were grease that had clogged up the pipe and they repaired it and have not had no problem since.  They did an excellent job.  Would use their service again.

The DISH installer cracked a water pipe installing a pole on Saturday.  The technicians did a great job installing a fix quickly.  The only small complaint I have is that I called about 11 am and was told I  would get a call by the answering service.  When I had heard nothing by 2 I called back.  I got a prompt response that time.  The answering service may need to be checked to ensure messages are being given.

First off I'm not sure of the actual price because my home warranty covered it. Second I had two separate issues that they handled for me the problem was it took awhile the first problem was out of there control because the part they needed was not regularly available. However the second issue took awhile to solve but I do believe that was because they were trying to solve the problem with the least amount of cost, and parts which is a good thing if your strapped for cash. The good thing is that the plumber said from the start we will try this if it doesn't work we will come back and try again no cost to you, if my warranty company got billed i don't know but everything was fixed.

Two gentlemen came, on time, and ran a line through my kitchen pipes.  They were filled with grease.  Had been in the house 11 years and had never had any problems until now so I didn't realize that grease had builded up in the pipes all those years because i try not to pour grease down the sink, but they solves the issues and the guys were great.  Very professional.  I would definitely call them again.

Arrived on time, removed old water heater, installed new water heater, tested to ensure proper operation, cleaned up the area perfectly, and all for the best price in town.

Originally quoted $85 but the way our kitchen was set up, we needed additional materials that they provided for us. All said and done, it was still much less than the local hardware store wanted for installation.

They were on time. They brought or got the proper equipment. They were very concerned to get the job done properly with little damage to our yard.

It was a quick turn around of about 8 days from estimate appointment thru installation/inspection. Those I worked with,Beth, Rusty, Eddy, & David, were informative and professional. Beth, in the front office, was always pleasant & helpful with any questions or concerns I had when calling. Rusty was prompt with callbacks and appointment times. Eddy & David kept a clean work site, were conscientious about tracking grass & debris into the house, addressed any question I had, and even when encountering my rather frustratingly thick walls, continued their high quality work standards without resorting to shortcuts. Eddy & David where present when the city inspector arrived, and walked him through what had been done to insure all was correct, to code, and the inspector satisfied. Beth followed up with an email receipt I requested for my records.

We had a fairly good leak or leaks in the water line. There was no sign of water pooling on the ground so they advised in this case to just put in new water line. I had to agree because this was no normal leak like we had in the past. The guys were prompt and even though the weather was not the best they got it done in a day and a half. They cleaned up the area and were all very courtious. They did a great job and I am very happy with the work.

Installed new bathroom fixtures and repaired miscellaneous plumbing issues.

The first plumber was on time and pleasant but young and unsure of himself.  He did his work and left.  Later I noticed that the sink was leaking, so I called back for someone to come fix it.  When the second plumber came, a different and more experienced person, he showed me that the first guy hadn't done the right thing.  He plumbed a double kitchen sink with a two equal pipes making kind of a goalpost formation, a squared off Y, which meant that anytime water is run into one sink, it backs up into the other.  He called his supervisor to get permission to redo it, and the supervisor said no.  He could fix the leak and that was it.  So for the past couple of years, I've been dealing with a constant mess.  As I cleaned it out last night for the millionth time, I thought to get on here and say that I would not recommend these people.  The plumber was kind and knew what he was doing.  It was the supervisor who said no. 
I'd used them several times before, and they had always been on time (or called to say they were late) and fixed the problems, but they sometimes left a mess behind, hacked up the bathroom vanity one time, overlooked a major leak that someone else had to come fix when the toilet almost went through the floor.  Overall I would say the quality of work varies depending on who you get, and that's bound to be the case for any service provider.  But the fact that the supervisor wouldn't let the smart guy fix the kitchen problem shows me where the priorities are.  Not on the customer, that's for sure. 
Also the lady on the phone told me a story about how good Christians would support putting gay people in jail, which is just stupid business practice.  She didn't know a thing about me, my family, or my religion-- and didn't need to, since I was paying her company to do plumbing, nothing else.  Why would you bring up a divisive subject and potentially criticize the person who wants to hire you?  Is money red or blue?  I'd think any decent business would be happy to work with both.
Bottom line:  lack of professionalism and lack of customer service.  I have an old house with lots of issues, but I've never called Wade Hardin again.

The provider was late, could care less, overcharged. A complete rip-off . It is unbelievable they have such a reputation. Don't even think about it.

When Home Depot refused to replace the existing broken dishwasher with the new one, Wade Hardin Plumbing came over and installed it in a snap!  They were pleasant to deal with, installed the same day as called, and did a fabulous job.  Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing need.

Actually, he didn't end up putting something back on and they said it was going to cost one amount and then he gave me a bill for another amount. I called the office and they were able to honor what he had originally told me. They didn't do the work wrong but at least they backed up their word. They've done a lot of work for me, too. That's probably the only problem, one thing that's ever happened. The ladies that are in the office are really good at coordinating times and things like that, working around my schedule. They're pretty responsive with the email and phone calls. I've never had any problems with nobody getting right back to me.

The experience was good. The gentleman that came out and worked on it was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I absolutely zero complaints. Everything worked and continued to work. We are very happy about that.

Main office has a lot of meetings, but they use a good answering service and return calls fairly quickly.

Crew was polite and quick. Job was done on a miserable rainy day to be working outside and they didn't batt an eyelash.

Came home from Xmas vacation to find a puddle on the laundry room floor.  Wade Hardin came promptly, diagnosed the problem and repaired.  They were fast and friendly.  I would definitely use them again
