"The Porters did an amazing job from start to finish. They were in constant communication with my husband and I from start to finish. Boy, we had a lot of questions. Mr Porter had to run new and replace the water pipes during his renovation, install two toilets, install vanity and sink, install light fixtures, install mirrors, install new shower, install new tub, install new tiles all the way to the ceiling, and even replace a crack wall by lifting the foundation. The ceramic tiles look amazing. I am extremely happy with the upgrades and the care he provided during his renovation. He takes pride in his work. Mrs Porter as well provided assistance with her knowledge of products and recommendations. I definitely will hire them again. Thank you guys for providing us with two amazing bathrooms. "Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. "Called and talked to Sarah.  She and Brian came within 2 days.  Brian examined the area where a new decorative vent had been put in as well as a new vent boot.  Brain took photos to show me that the decorative vent had not be sealed off in side.  He caulked around both new items.  I tried to pay them for the service call , but they would not take any money.  The roof had been on for 2 years and it was not a problem with their work.  Such great service!
