Mr Porter had to run new and replace the water pipes during his renovation, install two toilets, install vanity and sink, install light fixtures, install mirrors, install new shower, install new tub, install new tiles all the way to the ceiling, and even replace a crack wall by lifting the foundation. The ceramic tiles look amazing. I am extremely happy with the upgrades and the care he provided during his renovation. He takes pride in his work. "Called and talked to Sarah.  She and Brian came within 2 days.  Brian examined the area where a new decorative vent had been put in as well as a new vent boot.  Brain took photos to show me that the decorative vent had not be sealed off in side.  He caulked around both new items.  I tried to pay them for the service call , but they would not take any money.  The roof had been on for 2 years and it was not a problem with their work.  Such great service!

"I am so happy I contacted Lane’s for an estimate. Out of the 4 I asked for an estimate from in here they were the only ones to call me and they called me within minutes of the request being sent. Ricky was great when he came out. I explained that I needed new siding, windows and gutters. He did all the measurements and provided me answers to all my questions. When the estimate came I was so impressed with the pricing. He explained how long it would be before the job could start because the materials had to be ordered. I was told 6 weeks but it was only 4. They came out and had the job done within a few days. Shannon their Project Manager is awesome. She kept me updated on everything. She called at least once a day to check on how I felt things were going. Ricky came out each day to check how things were going. Their crew does phenomenal work. My house looks beautiful!"
