"The entire trim had to be removed and replaced. While this sounds simple the workers had to install a roof jack type scaffold due to the angle of the roof. The trim was removed, replaced, sealed and painted. The workers were very thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there.

"We hired Blackline Building to add a deck to the back of our house and to renovate our master suite. Sam was so easy to work with. He offered several suggestions that made the process very easy. His crews were very respectful of our property, cleaned up daily and finished the project on time. We could not be happier with the finished product!"
