Additionally, Richie came up with a creative solution for me to create an owners storage room in my garage. I also liked that they were skilled at a variety of tasks with everything from construction to fence installation, etc. They also have a wide array of subcontractors who they work with which was helpful in expediting the project. They also provided a lot of communication, and sought my input on decisions. Their prices I felt were reasonable, and their employees were polite and hard-working. I would definitely use them again."

Door/floor replacement was also done very well but we were not in a hurry so when the doors took a while to arrive that was the only delay, the quality of work was exceptional, we had replaced one of the doors when we purchased the house 12 years ago and it was not done properly. The bathroom was transformed into a gorgeous modern day zero entry shower. The workmanship is top notch with attention to detail. The painting was a huge job as we have 20' ceilings, old speakers and curtain rods in all rooms plus an old alarm system. They patched all plus eliminated all nail pops and tape pulls. The house interior now looks brand new. Roy Gutierrez is a professional. He knows his business, was easy to communicate and was always timely. "The guys came on the first day to look over the work to make sure we were all on the same page.  We walked through the project and quote they had provided.  After that, they got to work on the repairs.  It took a little longer than that predicted, but I'm very happy with the results.  It's hard to pick out where the plumbers cut the holes in the drywall to access pipes, excellent work.
