Our services can be as simple as a one-time design consultation, or as complex as the design and construction of a new home and literally everything in between.

"Think twice before hiring these people - Our experience was a NIGHTMARE! We were at our home every morning, at noon, around 2-3pm and again after 5pm and from day 1, there was No Project Manager onsite. We did not see any Quality Control. When we pointed out issues as the work was being done, we were give excuses & blame was directed at the subcontractors and even us at times. *Wallpaper was to be removed and we saw them them plastering over it. *Vents, light switch or outlet covers were not removed. We let Muse know, have documentation they were going to have them removed, after 3 days, we finally removed them ourselves. *Trash including food & drink remnants were left all over my home & my garage (just outside the door to my home) could cause ants/bugs etc to come in. *Billed for additional work. IF there was to be a change order, it should have been sent immediately with the cost so that I could then confirm or deny before the work was done. *Electrician was told that we didn't want outlets in the island. *New counters were left uncovered and stuff was all over them. We had to cover them ourselves. *Flooring started to be installed before cleaning the dust & debris. SEE PICTURE. Thank God we showed up when we did to prevent that from happening. *My hall bath that was previously remodeled was used as a grout mixing stating and left a mess. Several of the marble tiles were damaged. *Marble at my fireplace was damaged. *Scheduling was NEVER accurate. I had to rearrange my appliance and furniture delivery 3 times. *Master bathroom tile and grout look horrible, like a child colored outside the lines. There are gaps at the top of the tile that you can put your hand in, no trim on top. Nothing was cleaned up. `See Picture of inside of vanity. *Every single piece of every thing we own (that was put away) has tons of dust on it. The ServPro guy was shocked and he's seen a lot! Every single piece of everything has to be cleaned. I don't normally post reviews but feel it is necessary in this case because I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this. We are on week 14 of a 4 week project and still incomplete. It's really been a heartbreaking experience."
