OVERALL: Very professional job, tight seams and cording. We recently got brave and started to re-upholster a wing back chair on our own. Shortly we realized we were in over our heads and looked for professional help. After a few calls for help, Kelly at Distinctive Fabrics assured us that they could complete the job if we just brought them all the pieces including the fabric we purchased to do the job. We took the partially dis-assembled chair to them. In four weeks it was done. What a marvelous job! The alignment of the pattern was perfect, fabric, cording and all junctions were smooth and tight. Kelly and her staff saved the extra fabric and the old fabric at our request. Beautiful result, good time frame, good pricing and personable, professional staff. If we have another job, we will certainly put Kelly and her team at the top of the list. Cost = $420 + tax. The only thing lacking: No weekend hours. Business is only open Monday through Friday.

I saw the panels hanging on their front window as a display and was able to purchase them. The fabric was perfect for my room & the sizes also. I got custom panels that were already made and they look great in my home. Great quality fabric (lined) and quality workmanship.

They're great, awesome.
They're very helpful, they had the products I wanted cheap. She met the sales lady was great with making selections for my fabrics and they do quality work I mean it's just excellent.
What they did for, the results were excellent so I guess the price was great.

The Bottom Line: We couldn't be happier with the results! Great advice, communication and punctuality. We worked with Kelly, who was simply wonderful, on the fabric selection for a chair, an ottoman, some pillow and cushions that had taken a beating from the sun. My better half and I a re very challenged when it comes to interior decorating and we couldn't have done it without Kelly's guidance. We agreed on the work. Scheduled a time for collection (the team called to confirm the time on the day) and everything was taken care of like a military campaign. Three weeks later, as scheduled, we were called again to confirm delivery and.... the results were even better than we had expected. Highly, highly, recommended.

Very simple, no dramas. Took fabric that was torn to have a quote on repair. quote was $50, time promised was one week. Got a follow -up call when work was ready (was on time)... went & picked up . No drama. No problem. Will use Distinctive again.

I received phenomenal service when I visited their location. They assisted me in selecting the right fabric color and type for the welting on my chairs. They also visually showed me how the foam cushions in my chairs was no longer supportive, the seats were starting to show a valley versus a hill, and needed to be replaced. The seats had not be recovered in close to 20 years, so they definitely needed it, but I did not think of that when I brought them in to have them recovered. I am glad they brought that issue to my attention

Ashley was very helpful, spending a long time helping me pick out and decide on a fabric that would coordinate with the backs of my chairs. The company has loads of lovely fabrics from which to choose!
