"Took 2 weeks to get the part, had to order the whole interface of dryer. Button work for one week and stop working after 2 uses his response via email in Angi, he thought the inner start button had gone and was going to order the part. He said on October 10th he had received the part but had had covid and had been out of work for 2 weeks and was catching up. Never heard from him again and now his phone number is disconnected"

"Contractor was selected by our home warranty company after paying our service fee. Contractor did come to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He called our home warranty company and the work was approved. Part was ordered. I received an email saying the part had arrived and to schedule an appointment on the contractors website. I scheduled the appointment and no one showed up at the scheduled time or the time allotted for a technician to show up. I called and emailed the contractor with no response. After about a week I spoke to the contractor and he apologized that I wasn't contacted about the part. Apparently the emailed I received was automated and that I should have waited until he contacted me to let me know that the part had arrived. He apologized again said that the part in question should arrive the next or the following day and that he would contact me. Fast forward two weeks and the same story. I would strongly encourage anyone that appreciates good customer service to not use Phoenix Appliance Repair our of McLeansville, NC."
