second or two, and the power surge knocked out my elevator. After going through the manual and following
all of the trouble shooting suggestions, I was unable to get the elevator
working again. On August 19, 2013 I called Outer Banks
Elevator, explained my problem and asked for an appointment to have them check
out the situation. An appointment was made for a couple of hours later.
The two service technicians arrived on time and their visit
to my home lasted less than fifteen minutes. Within that short time they not
only corrected the problem with my elevator, but also made a welcome suggestion
to possibly prevent future problems.
I could not ask for better service and I definitely
recommend Outer Banks Elevator for any service you may need on an elevator.
