ALAN'S SERVICE CENTER

I made the mistake of paying Alan's Service Center with the full price, with the understanding that he was going to return and finish work and he never returned my calls or came back. I was disappointed in that experience, obviously. I know better to pay somebody before the job was complete, but I  made that mistake. After I paid him, he said he needed a part to fix the ice maker. He said he would have to go get that and come back the next day and he just never came back. I called him many times and left polite messages encouraging him to do the right thing. Days went by, but I was still offering an opportunity for him to come and make it right. But he never called or showed up again. I paid for both appliances to get fixed and he left the one unfinished. I had to call another company to come in and fix it.

Alan is very professional, courteous and business like.  He gets right to the root of the problem.  I would definitely call him again for appliance repair.  His prices are extremely reasonable as well!

This was the first time I used Alan's Service Center. I give him A's for everything. He was on time, and he was very professional. I have had no problem at all with the dishwasher.
