"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Ok then tried to sell me replacement pipe covers for $300 including installation . Covers at HD were $8.00 no installation . Installing is easy so extra $292 seemed way high for this job . Hence low rating"

"I heard about Brian and Sarah from a Christian friend so I asked them to come by and look at my roof.  They really went the extra mile explaining all of their services and how they would go about re-roofing my house.  They used superior products and did a lot of extras that I wasn't charged for and did exactly what they said they would do.  Their pricing was extremely fair.  They showed up when they said they would and finished the job very fast and did and excellent job of cleaning up.  Their worker were very polite and friendly.  I would highly recommend them for any of your construction needs.

"Veterans removed a wall we suspected had water/mold damage.  They replaced the insulation and replaced drywall.  There were no problems encountered.  They also removed a shower unit from our bathroom.  It went seamlessly.  Their price was very fair and lower than some competitors and the quality of work was great."
