"Derreck did an outstanding job. I would definitely hire him again for future jobs. Derreck repaired our yard from the truck delivery and installed the dirt along the side of the driveway. I love my new driveway. EXCELLENT."

"Quick to respond and get to my yard! I was very pleased with the work done by Davis’s Landscaping. Yard and bushes looked better than they ever have and he even fixed a large crack in my driveway for me. He helped me turn an area that my dog turned into a mud pit into something that drained better and was better to look at. Plan on getting on a regular schedule with him and would recommend him to anyone!"

"My husband is a SGM in the military and he recently bought a large motorcycle trailer = (8X18). We needed to extend driveway so he would have a nice large parking pad, while doing so we also had it made big enough so we could angle trailer in to store it as well as big enough so we could park another vehicle in front of trailer if need be.  I could not have been more please with the results, both my husband and I are very picky, and there wasn't one thing I wasn't absolutely pleased with.  VERY nice workers, family owned business who takes great pride in their work.  I will not hire anyone else but them in the future!  *** Recommending to all my friends!!!

"This guy was very professional as well as the crew employed by him. We agreed on the service to be provided and without hesitation or delay, his crew began working. Service was exceptionally quick , to the point and very professional. There were no delays during job. Everything went perfect and the results were outstanding. I had a well above average amount of concrete put down and the community in which I live has complemented the new gratifying look these guys added to my property. I would recommend this crew to anyone. They are simply awesome at what they do!!!"

"Scott, the owner, was awesome! He was very prompt, very friendly, very professional. He called, and came two days prior to Christmas to fix the pipe. He was patient waiting for payment, from USAA. They denied the claim, so I paid myself. I would highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. Thank you Scott, and your great team, for all your help and patience."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

You should never use bleach in a pressure washer. While bleach is effective at killing mold and mildew, it is a potent chemical that can corrode the machine's seals and nozzles, destroying it from the inside out. Additionally, pressure washing with bleach sprays the chemical into the air, which is dangerous if inhaled and can kill nearby plants, flowers, or harm animals that ingest it. If you need to remove mold or mildew, it is best to hire a professional who will use a safe and effective cleaning agent.

Maintaining a driveway depends on its material. For concrete and asphalt, it's best to clean the surface thoroughly twice a year with a stiff broom and a pressure washer to remove accumulated dirt and debris. Sealing the driveway is crucial to protect it from water damage and freeze-thaw cycles. Before applying a sealant, pressure wash the surface to remove any loose sealant, dirt, or stains, as sealing over them will trap them. Any cracks or expansion joints should be filled with a flexible polyurethane caulk or asphalt sealer. In colder climates, use sand instead of salt for de-icing. Sand helps melt snow and ice without accelerating the freeze-thaw process, which can cause cracks.

Yes, you can, but you’ll need to acquire the right pressure washer tips and cleaning solutions for the job. In particular, you’ll need tips that are capable of lowering the pressure from a max of 3,500 PSI to between 150 and 300 PSI. As for the cleaning solution, look for options that are clearly marked for soft washing rather than pressure washing.

Stamped concrete is durable and relatively easy to maintain. Regular maintenance includes sweeping away debris to keep it clean and prevent staining. It is also important to repair any cracks promptly to maintain its appearance and longevity. The concrete should be resealed every 2 to 4 years to protect the surface.

On average, pressure washing a house can take anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours. The time frame to pressure wash or power wash your home, fence, or other property depends on the size of the project and the complexity and accessibility of the areas that need cleaning. Part of the time required to complete the job includes setup and removal of equipment needed. A two-story house with a steep roof may require working from scaffolding or a ladder, likely adding to the time required to finish the project.
