So when I confronted the contractor about the excessive amount of time and resources/material he waisted. I fired him, and after buying the cabinets from somewhere else because his contact was to busy to get up with my wife and I which he should've done all the logistics on that in the first place. They were late most of the time, they would start the day at 9 and take there 15 minute break at 10, a hour for lunch and quit before 4. Working no more than 6 hours a day. Only once or twice did his crew work anymore than that. The Owner Karl Advent, was always out looking for other work while my house was being done. Instead of setting the pace on a daily basis so he could get the job done. He was hardly there but once a day for a hour or two then he was off looking for other things to do.
