"Great job done by Dylan, Hassan, and Chayton. They protected our home from any dirt or debris. The installation of our mini-split was professionally done and worked perfectly. Dylan answered all my questions before the team packed up. I highly recommend this company and this team."

"the service guys hooked a machine up to air handler and let it run for a while. They cleaned the returns and I asked them what the machine was doing, they told me it was sucking the dust out. I did not see them put anything in the main trunk lines to release the dust from the walls of the trunk line. They weren’t even going to clean the vent lines until I mentioned something about them. So they opened each vent and put a air hose with a 6 inch worn brush in each vent and only went about 6 feet in them. So I know that most of my vent lines and trunk lines didn’t get cleaned properly and for $585 bucks I thought they would do a better job."

"Our entire heating and air system failed. We called JLHVAC and electrical LLC. A technician responded within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to us in terms we could understand and trust. Our system was aged so we opted to have the heat pump and air handler replaced. Joshua Long and his team replaced all of that plus a new digital thermostat the next day. The total price was a few thousand less than what we expected to pay. If there were more than 5 stars to rate with, we would give more stars."

The technician explained the problem found, recommended what part(s) need to be replaced, and explained the possible causes of the component failure. "It was a Sunday and I didn't want to be with the main valve shut off another day again because I wrecked my shower, long story....so I was grateful someone came. The first, Alejandro saw this was way out of his league.. This needed the master plumber who was very experienced and efficient and he brought everything back to normal. Thank you for helping. I appreciated his skill and knowledge he learned from observations, and doing it wrong once, as I can commiserate. Price? Just a bit over what I figured it might cost...but it was Sunday morning and I needed a lesson taught about blindly following an AI bot. Rick G North Carolina"

"Excellent performance! I got everything working properly. He came and dressed properly."
