"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"Josh was extremely punctual, he came out the same day I called to look at what I needed done which was a Friday evening. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand and gave me an approximate estimate before he left saying he would have a written quote over to me the next day. Well Saturday morning at 6:30am, I got the quote. I had another company quote me $400 more for less. Being a woman who lives alone, I have had contractors take advantage of me. Well, I could tell Josh wanted my business and his quote was very reasonable. He and his crew came out that week and had the job done in 4 hrs. When the other company said it would take 1 1/2 days. "Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service. Very fair price, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain all work, quick to follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the work was done correctly in all respects."
