company through the Live Chat system at Noon. I was quickly contacted by phone by the "on call" service technician , the defective part was diagnosed and a new part installed and the HVAC was back up and running - total elapsed time from the Live Chat contact to completing the new part installation was just over two hours. The service was completed under the warranty so no charge was involved. The Service Technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great service and I couldn't be more pleased.

However , your warranty company was in debate of replacing the system which caused a lot of hesitation on equipment ordering. Unfortunately our policy through your warranty company at the time was to wait until we receive authorization for any repairs needing to be made. Now that your system was replaced by our company directly you will no longer need to go through a warranty company in the future. You will deal with us directly and get an immediate response.
