"The man was very professional and arrived right on time, a little early actually which was nice! He wore a mask and was careful not to touch things that were ours. He didn’t seem sick but he was still careful. I was waiting for a week or so to do my review of the actual bug problem. We have seen way way less (almost none) since he came. We were trying to find something that could control the mosquito population, and they were using natural stuff. It wasn't so harsh to the environment, and they were the one of the only ones in our research that offered that service and chemicals were mild. They also did a termite inspection and stuff, so we really discontinued the contract with the termite service and realized that they offered the other services for the other things. They put in dehydration systems in houses to control moisture levels which could potentially lead to mildew and stuff like that."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
