"Excellent service and responsiveness from start to finish. Couldn't ask for a more professional experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Goings Safe and Lock for any locksmith work - 110% positive interaction. "We couldn't reach our installing company so we called Ken and he did a great job"

"Frontpoint customer service was great. However, the product is self install, which wasn't for everyone. Because of the trim on our doors, we had to scotch tape the alarm , and it constantly falls off. Of course we cannot cancel the product since its been past the 30 days but its disappointing its not made for all door types.
