I learned about sufficient home improvement by a friend who used their services. The owner Justin was professional and quick to come out and look at what I needed done. He first took measurements and gave me ideas and feedback as to what I wanted done. He then explained how he did business, what set him apart from other handymen in the area, and a few other important details. After the initial visit he contacted me within two days with a bid proposal. His first proposal was fair to both of us and we set a date to begin work. Justin showed up on time on the appointed start date explained the process a bit and by the third day I felt comfortable to leave him alone in my home to do his job. The project ran over two days as there were minor complications with some of the product, witch was not justins fault. He doles very good and detail work, but above that his character and personality made the experience a breeze. The property is located in north Carolina and I reside in Virginia, I was able to go home and trust justin was doing what he agreed to. Very trustworthy man and I highly recommend him to anyone.
