I treat people well and for less then most as I depend on return business & have a strong desire to do good work for fair prices.I have the ability to pull in very qualified help and if I am not able to do your job at the time you desire I will help direct you to people I trust.I realize there have been no new reviews in a long time. .I have established myself and many of my customers are repeats and I dont bother asking for new reviews. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof.
