Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. The air duct cleaning was great and then when we talked about this other addition to the system I went along with it because I have animals in the house and I have bad allergies and I wasn't sure after I got it, if it was good investment since then I have changed my mind, it is an excellent investment and it repaired my air completely and my health is much better from having it.
