"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. "The pro came 2 hours later than the scheduled time (scheduled for 9 am, came around 11 am). The price for a simple cartridge change in the shower was $486.00. In the invoice description the pro wrote: "I inspected the master shower. After evaluating the issue, I determined that the cartridge was faulty. We proceeded with replacing the cartridge". Then under Service # KSF-132 Description is written: Replace single handle premium kitchen faucet. Quantity 1.00 Then amount $486.41 What is that? He did one job and charged me for something else. He didn't give me the invoice straight away when I asked; he told me he would email it to me later. So, I couldn't even see what job I was signing for. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"Eazy and the guys from GL Ward did fantastic work for us at our place in Sunset Beach. We moved and replaced the existing Water Heater. This required the guys to coordinate with the Electrician. They all worked as one team. The job also included rebuilding multiple connections and replacing two toilets. I knew my home was in fantastic hands with GL Ward taking care of us. I would recommend them without any reservations!"
