"Loved Lance, he was honest, fair, reasonable and completed the work as promised and then some. I would definitely recommend Lance to anyone needing landscaping completed. He extended our driveway back and to the side with gravel, replaced the existing railroad ties, graded previously stump grinding, tamped and added dirt around our septic risers, moved dirt to file in a ditch, and placed seed and straw down where he disturbed the ground!"

"We needed new panels in garage and house and to get everything up to code and made safe. Every outlet was worked on and some light fixtures changed. Technician was here for 7 days and was the most pleasant person, a lot of work was done. He had someone helping him out. I always knew when they were on the way and I was always asked if I had questions. I can only say good things about the company and today the inspector came and everything passed."

"We had damage from hurricane Helen to our private dirt road. We was quoted 80 thousand for the grading, ditching, piping, and gravel of about 1/4 of a mile long road and 5 thousand for about a 40 foot driveway regravel and a 20 foot driveway grade and gravel. The work was done and the first time it rained the road was dirt again. We call Tim he came out and brought more gravel for the worst stop but that was it. After having the road inspected by another company we was informed that the gravel should have been about 6 inches and packed down. The gravel is about 2 inches and was never packed. We now just 2 months after have dirt showing on the road and the driveways are full of grass. "

"We chose this company because of the reviews. Paid over $11,000 and still ended up with unfinished grading, high-risk tree work, cleanup, seeding, etc. The contractor repeatedly tried to change the scope, made multiple FAILED ATTEMPTS to UP-CHARGE for work already included, and consistently failed to follow through. We hired him in early October 2025 and gave him a Thanksgiving deadline, which he agreed to. When he thought we hadnt fully moved onto the property, he never showed up and our security cameras confirmed no activity. He later admitted he only sparingly put seeds down, which was shocking. He blamed weather, then claimed his tools were being borrowed. He even said giving him a deadline was rude. Had he said he couldnt commit, we never would have paid him. Unreliable, unprofessional, and deceitful. At the end of the day, he got paid for work he had no intention of completing. Thats the bottom line!"
