"We hired Susana and her team to clean our house, a historic home, newly renovated. The team of 5 women works hard, but is not attentive or thorough. Susana leaves them to work unsupervised. They contaminate countertops by leaving trash cans on them. They do not leave things the way they found them. They do not clean under sofas or beds unless you supervise them, and on one visit, they used a viscous liquid to clean the oven (which is a self-cleaning oven), and it dripped on the floor, damaging the hardwood floor. Susana promptly paid for the $100 repair but then insinuated that we ourselves had caused the damage. In fact, we had never used chemicals to clean the oven. On the last visit, a few days ago, Susana's team cleaned the bathroom and damaged the finish on the escutcheon plate of the shower control handle. Susana got very upset when we called her to report this, focusing more on how much money she had already lost by filing the previous insurance claim. We would not recommend this service if you want a thorough, efficient, and well-trained staff."

Ron came back late afternoon, the job was 95% completed and told me the job was 756 sq ft and that I owed him 756 x $4 = $3,024. I objected and said that I had two professional written quotes showing the square footage at 677 so I should owe him $2,708. He said he had counted the boxes and he was correct. I didn’t want to have a verbal conflict , nor stop the job before it was complete, so I was at a loss what to do and gave him my check for $3,024 and he left. I soon realized that I was definitely overcharged and called him on Friday, Sept 5 at 4:21 to address my concern. I left a message. Ron never called me back. I waited over the weekend to allow him time to make this situation right. He didn’t so on Tuesday, Sept 9 at 2:24 I called him again, he didn’t answer again so I left him another message expressing my concern. I have never heard back from him. He has never sent me an invoice. He never measured my areas."

Brinson put me in touch with a structural engineer to determine the best way to salvage the porch without it collapsing completely. Because the appointment was a few weeks after the engineer's visit, he had a team come out and install a temporary support structure to make sure it didn't collapse before the work could be completed. Would hire again and have already set up an appointment to have work done on my front porch."
