He has not repaired the furniture and will not return my phone calls or return the furniture.

It went great.  Marc was very knowledgeable and made suggestions based on his experience and expertise that were better than what we initially asked for.  Our home was built in 1901 so there were many challenges.  Our laundry list of projects was long and grew longer while he was there.  He was patient and thorough and although the cost of the job increased, he involved us in the decision making the entire way through so there were no surprises that he did not ask about first for prior authorization.  I have used Hoosier Handyman since and will continue to do so as things arise...and they always do with home ownership, especially with an Indianapolis Butler/Tarkington house over 100 years old.

Marc is great.  Very personable, very reliable.  He can see the problem and immediately knows the course of correction, and creates a plan to fix it.  When he says says he will be at your home, he will/is, or gives you plenty of heads up.  His plan works, and he keeps to his estimate.

This is my third time using Marc (Hoosier Handyman) to work on problems in my home. I bought my home 3 years ago.  My home was built in 1984, and I feel like there is always something going wrong with my home. This time there were problems with two of my toilets. The toilet in my guest bathroom was leaking down to the ceiling on the first floor, the toilet in my powder room, downstairs was causing my laminate bamboo flooring to buckle, warp, and mold.  The shower door in my master bathroom was not locking and causing water to get on my floor. Marc Verified that the toilet in my guest bathroom was the cause of the leaking on the downstairs ceiling, and he reset the toilet and placed a new wax ring on the toilet.  He did the same thing in the powder room.  He also took time to find laminate bamboo flooring that matched and put down the new flooring.  He was efficient, did a great job, and charged me a reasonable amount for all of the work that needed to be done.  He got all of the work done in one day, and didn't leave any of the work unfinished. The flooring looks great, and the toilets have worked properly with no more leaking.  Marc texts me pictures of the work as he is doing it, so I know what was done.  Having Marc (Hoosier Handyman) to help with all of my home repair needs, makes my life a lot easier!

The completed work was great; it was just hard to get a hold of Marc to actually get the work done. He isn't quick to return phone calls.

I was very impressed with him. He came and reviewed the problem and he realized that he really didn't have to do anything. It was just not set up correctly. He fixed the issue and didn't even charge me. He was very prompt and reliable. This is unheard of.

He came out when asked to do an estimate, provided the estimate and a time to do the work.  Showed up right on time and went over and above to complete the job.

Marc did a great job.  We have an old dark basement that needed some additional light.  Marc purchased and installed three new light fixtures in the area, wiring them to an existing switch.  All around a great job-- not sure why we didn't put more lights down there years ago!

Marc is great for booking a day and giving him a list of projects that need to be taken care of!

Mark has a phenomal eye for detail. He has a knack for identying what needs to be completed.  He knows how to make an ok product excellent.  Clean cut, professional and nice to work with.  The job went very well!

Great job. They made recommendations on type of hardware and then did a great job on the removal and installation of the new faucets. They were neat and clean and cleaned up as they went. I recommend them.

When I bought my house 2 years ago there were three huge solar panels on my roof. As the next two years went by I had water leaking into all three upstairs bedrooms.  I finally decided to remove the solar panels and have a new roof placed on the back side of the house where the solar panels were located. I also wanted the interior work fixed as well so I no longer would have any water spots on my ceiling. Unfortunately, I decided to do this work in November.  I asked Marc (Hoosier Handyman) to give me an estimate, and he gave me the best estimate of all the companies I had come and look at what needed to be done.  Since the weather was up and down for the next few months he wasn't able to find consecutive nice days to get the work done. Thankfully, in the beginning of January the skies cleared for 4 days, just long enough for Marc to get the work done, and me to have a new roof!

He was very professional throughout the entire process, and sent me an accurate estimate originally in November.   He also texted me pictures updating me on the work he was doing.  He was very kind and even let my dog outside and played catch with her when I wasn't home one of the days. He replaced the broken handle on my front door free of charge without me asking, and when the roofers didn't charge him as much as he thought he took money off of my original estimate.  It is so comforting and nice to work with someone who is honest and a good person. I will definitely be using Marc for all future projects in my house!

if you want me to fill out surveys and reports - don't make it so d*** hard.  I have work to do and don't appreciate being prompted 12 times to fill in every d*** blank. RR

Couldn't have gone better. From consultation to performing the work - outstanding communication, unparalleled knowledge and ability to spot issues, extremely efficient - and his price and value were unbeatable. On his consultation, he even went out of his way and identified some other issues we need to keep our eye on. We live in an older home that restored, so that unsolicited advice was greatly appreciated. Hire him, you will not regret it.

It went very well. He was right on time as always and quick and efficient with work done. We have no hesitation calling him anytime a job needs done.

Marc did an excellent job on both- the work was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of work was excellent. Would reccomend highly.

He did a great job at installing the ceiling fan. He not only put the fan in, but took the old one out. He went with me to Lowe's to pick out the best fan that would work for us.
